My name is William Eugene Arney. I have chosen to take my art from the two dimensional into the living realm of tattooing. Over the past two decades, I have been honing and perfecting my techniques  in a miriad of ways, in order to achieve a bond between the spiritual and physical plane. When tattooing, it is my way of transcending from paper to life in action;  fulfilling my intrinsic desire to help others channel their raw emotions, into a visual dialogue of their place in our combined human condition, standing the test of time. I would be most humbled an honored to be allowed to help you along this path with me during your next tattoo.
